We appreciate your understanding and cooperation from all customers.

• Refunds for tickets will not be provided unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

• This performance is reserved seating only.

• With the abolition of the Japanese government's "Basic Policy for Countermeasures against the New Coronavirus Infection" on May 8, 5th year of Reiwa, the "Guidelines for Preventing New Coronavirus Infection in Music Concerts" will also be abolished. Therefore, the wearing of masks will be left to the individual judgment of the customers. There are no restrictions on cheers during the performance.

• Please follow the instructions of the staff inside the venue.

• Re-entry after entry is not allowed.

• Please refrain from waiting for the performers to enter or exit.

• Tickets must be purchased through official sales channels.

Official sales channels refer to "NFC Premium Member Sales," "NFC Member Sales," "ePlus," "Lawson Ticket," "Pia," and sales commission entrusted by promoters in various locations.

The act of selling tickets to the general public through services or apps other than those mentioned above on the Internet (such as auction sites, ticket distribution centers, Ticket Street, Mercari, etc.), ticket shops, scalpers, and SNS, even if not for profit, is considered "resale activity."

Tickets identified as being involved in resale activities will be invalidated regardless of whether they have been auctioned or purchased and regardless of the amount.
